Join us for the launch of Business Climate Lab: On the Road to COP28. This new series of action-oriented sessions is organised by the UAE network of the UN Global Compact in association with Expo City Dubai and powered by the private sector.

Taking place in the lead-up to, during and post-COP28, this series will convene businesses, including more than 180 UN Global Compact participants engaged in the Global Compact Network UAE (GCN UAE), and stakeholders across different sectors to catalyse climate action.

This first session, titled "Business Climate Lab: Raising Ambition on Climate Action to Limit Global Warming To 1.5 C", will engage key experts and actors to drive awareness around available solutions and scale up private-sector engagement with credible emission reduction strategies through an exchange of learnings and opportunities around decarbonisation, resilience and mitigation solutions.

Throughout the Business Climate Lab series, private-sector leadership will be empowered with a clear roadmap of priorities as well as a network of public- and private-sector stakeholders, including UN entities, with whom they can work to drive meaningful climate and sustainability action in the lead up to and beyond COP28.
